The program begins with a mandatory, two-day retreat in September.  The classes are full-day sessions from October through May.  The class members are assigned in teams to one of the monthly sessions, to plan and facilitate that specific program.  There is a required homework assignment each month which enhances the topic  to be discussed.  There is an attendance requirement which, if not met, results in removal from the program.

The cost of investing in the future through LEADERSHIP METROCREST is $800.00.  Tuition is payable by the participant, employer or sponsoring organization upon acceptance. The application fee and tuition are non-refundable.

LEADERSHIP METROCREST welcomes corporate, business and individual support to underwrite the programs and to provide financial assistance to qualifying candidates.
