- General Business (3-10 employees) $405
- General Business (11-24 employees) $475
- General Business (25-50 employees) $535
- General Business (51-150 employees) $680
- General Business (151-499 employees) $985
- General Business (500 + employees) $1,285
- Hotels & Apartment Complex $350 Base + $2 per room
- Banks & Credit Unions $680 plus $350 for each additional branch
- Non-Profit Organization $275 (IRS Status Document Required)
- Elected Officials $275
